A leading Technology company are currently looking for a bright, reliable and ambitious Software Product Support Specialist, who will ideally have some Testing experience (or a willingness to carry out lots of testing in your role, although this can be trained on the job) to join their busy technical support team based in Farnborough. You should be resilient, really organised and very consistent in your work, using your initiative and technical expertise to overcome the daily challenges in the role.
You will be supplying telephone and email technical support and assistance to the company's customers, whilst also getting the opportunity to visit client sites when required. This role will be reporting to the COO and will offer you the opportunity to work with an enthusiastic and technology focused team so career potential is fantastic here.

- Experience working with Windows based technologies and client operating systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- A methodical and thorough approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Server and software diagnostic skills
- Programming / Windows scripting skills (C# / HTML / XML)
- Some testing experience is really useful (Katalon, Selenium etc)
